Rehoming a Dog

If you wish to rehome your dog ( unfortunately we are only currently able to rehome from Surrey, Sussex, East Hampshire and Kent, we will consider taking a dog which is slightly out of our area ) please complete the form below and email us their medical records from your vet:

Once we receive the form we will call you to advise if we are able to re home your dog. More details can be found in 'How we work'

All our dogs are fostered and are treated as part of the family. Please note if you are looking to rehome a reactive dog, due to the 'How we work' (please read) we are not in a position to help.
